Finding out the hip pain days before my POTS episode wasn't because I don't move around enough - great.

Finding out it is precursor to my POTS episode - great...I have clues showing when I'm at risk.

The pain itself wasn't fun. I couldn't even lift my leg up to prop my legs up to reduce swelling.
