One time a lawyer for landlord issue WAS helpful. It was pre-COVID. He knew the situation was out of line, and I needed a bolstered response from an advocating human. It helped.

Unfortunately, legal aide, was only helpful in understanding why and what the corporations got
by with post
COVID.
