With the big caveat that these are vote (& turnout) recalls, the exit polls suggest that the vast majority of gains for the AfD came from mobilizing former non-voters and converting CDU voters. This would be consistent with the aggregate changes in vote shares & big increase in turnout.

every argument I see for using "AI" in software development is of the form "it lets us make software way faster," and I'm begrudgingly willing to stipulate for the sake of argument that maybe that's true in software in a way it isn't in other arenas, since e.g. "truth" and "reality" aren't concerns.
