I think being missed in all the shock at the reaction to the CEO murder is, sure it's partly a reaction to our inhumane health insurance situation, but I think it's also in the context of the details coming out about how billionaires just bought an election through well financed mendacity.

The most disturbing part of this weird time is the fact that a whole swathe of society embraces mendacity and immorality.

It's a stance that defies reason and beligerently clings to ignorance.

Bluesky seems like the right kind of approach. embrace decency and shun the deplorables.
