A casual observation.

Ill health meant I saw almost no TV over the last 2 years and now I find that I have lost the ability to watch “reality TV”. I simply cannot focus past the artifice.

Programmes like Strictly or Traitors and even chat shows feel like Thomas Ligotti stories.
