I said Veen and Esmerlyn Valdez were not top-100 prospects before their debut. Which is true unless you want to be pedantic and miss the point.

Catching up on my podcasts on the morning bike ride today and I heard some reporter pedantically clarify that we can't "infer causation" between correlated phenomena, but of course we can. But to be even more pedantic, really what we can't do is *deduce* causation from correlation.
