Apposite that this week, I'm Chelmsford, representing a defendant in custody, listed at 11:15am, who Serco failed to produce for hearing last week to extend his custody time limit. It's now 11:33am, and guess what, Serco haven't got him here. Not expected for 1h30m.

It would seem that those US lawmakers reminding their military that they have a duty to refuse illegal orders wasn't seditious at all, but rather timely and apposite.
