Woke up at 12:15 AM to the sensation of the Velcro strap on my CPaP headset breaking. My spare strap is downstairs in the basement (foolish of me) so I tried sleeping without it. Slept fitfully until 4:30, and not looking forward to today.

Slept terribly and fitfully, had bad dreams when I did, and woke up with the realization I've never taken my dad's phone number out of my contacts list. 💔 The holiday season is rough as shit this year. I hope everyone grieving can give themselves some grace. It's so hard.
