so all day i would sleep a couple hours, fitfully, and wake with an awful itch on the left side of my back. it was maddening - couldn't figure out what was so itchy, and it seemed to have a range?

anyway, found out i was on top of an extra pointy toast crumb. the itch is gone now. 😅
