i come from jump open & as my full self (not to be confused with doling out access), so when folks aren't open, it makes me leery of them.

or bored quickly & moving around.

i only do stationary cycling as a workout. not doing a bunch of spinning w/folks & getting nowhere.

And as much as I am concerned re: the new diseases popping up - I am also leery of the news agencies making things sound a million times worse (and because they know people depend on them for "news" - for eyeballs).

Breathe. Focus. Always remember purpose, audience, motive, objective.
