So Becerra, Hilton, and Steyer didn't bother to fill in voter candidate statements. I don't see any of their bios or statements in the Official Voter Information Guide.
Turns out these folks WANT to inundate you with ads so that you're sick of them when it's election day. They CHOSE to flood you.
