It would appear the UK is still unwilling to bend in negotiations for a youth mobility scheme.
Another delay looks likely while we quibble over numbers.

1/ Ta-Nehisi Coates' excellent new piece, despite the provocative title and subtitle. I would quibble only with his willingness to describe Trump's actions as the result of deliberate, conscious agency, rather than just the innate behavior of a bully, grifter, and sociopath.
