What makes this worse is that although we often imagine transit hubs as local amenities, we don't actually build them that way, instead building empty facilities in useless locations.

Which is doubly frustrating as transit and public space should be symbiotic!

Having pets is a beautiful wonder.

We invite this other species into our home and share our resources with them, we trust them not to hurt us and vice versa.

You would think this would be counter to instinct but I don't think it is. There's something symbiotic about it that I can't explain.
