Hahaha. I’ve just hit on a good New Year’s resolution. I’m going to learn to shuffle dance. I need to protect my bone health now I’m an old lady. I think shuffle dancing would be a great way to incorporate something that I need to do and have some fun with it. Protect my bones and a bit of cardio 😆
