If I see one more shortform video involving restaurant staff scraping melted cheese off one of those long bars of cheese and onto the customer's dish, maybe a plate of pasta, bread, or meat, tableside, with a sort of entertainment flair, while the diner is agog, I'm going to absolutely lose my shit.
